Margaret is an experienced family law attorney who formerly practiced with Bay Area law firms Bechtel Zambrano Baluyot Family Law Group LLP and Flicker, Kerin, Kruger & Bissada LLP handling complex, high-asset, and high-conflict matters. Margaret started her legal career in the environmental department of a civil litigation defense law firm which provided her invaluable knowledge in civil practice and discovery. She is proficient in all aspects of family law including characterization and division of assets and debts, child custody and visitation, and child and spousal support. She has extensive experience in representing clients who are, or are the spouses of, successful businesspeople, doctors, entrepreneurs, attorneys, engineers, and more, throughout the Bay Area.
Though skilled in client advocacy and litigation, Margaret believes that clients are usually the most satisfied when they are able to come to a resolution outside of the court.
